Every workshop, seminar, and session our team provides is based upon our foundational belief that organizations are like gardens, and its leaders - those people in positions of authority over others - are responsible for its contents, from weed to sprouting seed.

If you are looking for a quick fix, we are not it. We approach every organization with great care and intention. First, we sit down with its leaders and learn more about it. Then, through our proprietary culture audit and employee interviews, we identify its unique people problems. Once the organization’s leadership has been briefed on the results of their culture audit, we offer our partner evidence-based solutions for solving their presenting people problems. Often times this includes leader development training for middle management. Once managers are trained in the science of leadership, our gardiners sit down with them one-on-one and coach them in the art of application. 90-days later we return, retest, and present our partners with the results of our joint efforts.
